Title quests are gained by finishing certain quests, besides the standard quest reward. Each title grants a bonus to one of the base attributes: strength, vitality, dexterity, quickness, intelligence, or wisdom. Only one title may be active at a time. you are allowed to change titles many times as you like, but you have to comply with the principle- only once per day. Title quests can be obtained at your own racial capital city.
As for starter quests, you will be rewarded once you finish your start quests. Quest Obtain from Town Councillor of your Specific Race Starter City. Kill Five Goblins and give him four goblin Axes. You will be rewarded with one Chain Shirt, one Cloth Pants, and thirty gold.
