Being a broad video game, a computer role-playing game was developed form personal computers and other home computers. Both of them share the same defining characteristics since computer role playing game was not a separate genre. Nonetheless, there are still some distinguishes from role player games as a result of their own characters. Elements in common to the CRPG genre is also obvious, for instance, the avatar using his quantized characteristics during the game can take place of the players’ own skill. Another example is fictional setting which is well- developed in computer role playing games.
